Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and with their labels still attached. Returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

To send your item back to us for a refund or exchange:

• Fill in the returns / exchange form enclosed with your order, or download the form here.
• Pack your items carefully, with all labels attached and all items in their original plastic bags.

Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you a confirmation that your payment has been refunded or that a new item has been sent to you.

Please note: it can take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete the refund.
