Import Duties: If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery. 

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and with their labels still attached. Returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

To send your item back to us for a refund or exchange:

• Fill in the returns / exchange form enclosed with your order, or download the form here.
• Pack your items carefully, with all labels attached and all items in their original plastic bags.
